The impressive "employee tree"
When you enter Messer’s headquarters in Bad Soden, one feature immediately catches the eye: our employee tree. Wrapped around a central column, the first names of thousands of Messer colleagues rise toward the ceiling. Recently enhanced with mirrors, the installation reflects everyone who looks into it, symbolizing the inclusion of all who join us and bringing our employee tree to life in a meaningful, personal way.

🏃♂️Better Together: Team Spirit at the J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge 2026
Our colleagues hit the streets alongside 60,000 runners for the world-famous J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge.
With the Messer logo on the front and “Living Respect”, our brand for diversity, on the back, our colleagues brought a shared spirit of connection, respect and belonging to the race. Moments like this are part of life at Messer: people from different teams coming together, supporting one another and creating memories beyond the workplace. -
