Your responsibilities:
Develop business plans and business cases for new growth opportunities by analyzing market dynamics, customer and clinical needs, competitive landscapes, and internal value chain capabilities
Define and implement commercialization strategies to ensure successful market introduction of products currently under development
Drive profitable growth across the existing portfolio through optimization of pricing, marketing initiatives, sales strategies, market segmentation, customer engagement, and value chain performance
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Operations and Local Sales Organizations to support strategic growth initiatives
Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, partnerships, and business models to accelerate business growth
Your profile:
At least 10 years of experience in global Product Management, Marketing, or Business Development within Medical Technology, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Gases
Demonstrated success in working effectively within international and cross-functional teams
Strong entrepreneurial mindset combined with a results-driven approach
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and overcome challenges throughout the entire value chain
Solid understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare customer environments
Strong knowledge of clinical development processes, reimbursement systems, and market access requirements
Good understanding of relevant technologies and their commercial applications
Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
High degree of flexibility, adaptability, and agility in a rapidly changing business environment
Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30 %)
