• Lead and strategically align the Application Technology Department for industrial and cryogenic processes with a focus on international market development
• Proactively support and further develop R&D projects and partnerships within the industrial segment
• Expand technical know-how and foster innovation within the team
• Ensure knowledge transfer to national subsidiaries and partners
• Implement new technologies in the industrial segment in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

Your Profile:

• Completed degree (Master/PhD) in technical chemistry, process engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in managing market-oriented departments is desirable
  
• Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, initiative and innovative mindset
  
• Intercultural competence and willingness to travel (approx. 25%) across Europe
  
• Hands-on mentality and experience in implementing technologies in an industrial environment
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written, any additional language is a plus
