Your responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end M&A processes, including target screening, valuation, due diligence, support contract negotiation and integration planning
- Coordinate and direct cross-functional due diligence teams and external advisors (incl. financial, tax, legal)
- Consolidate key findings into detailed financial models incorporating structuring, valuation and financing considerations
- Prepare presentations and decision-making materials for senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key findings and mitigants, financial impacts, synergy potentials, and strategic recommendations
- Support the M&A dialogue with external stakeholders (e.g., advisors, potential JV partners) and internal subject matter experts to identify potential acquisition opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Collaborate closely with corporate teams and operating units / regions to shape and align overall M&A strategy with broader organizational goals
Your profile:
- University Degree, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field viewed as beneficial
- Min. 5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or a similar analytical role
- Experience in corporate M&A is a plus
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills (DCF, LBO, precedent transactions, comparable company analysis)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
